Get Mindful It Works is a mindfulness program uniquely designed and facilitated by Catherine DeAngelis, Individual and Group Life Coach Practitioner. Specially formed techniques will sharpen your focus and bring you into awareness that get you to distress and relax anywhere, anytime and move you beyond the stuck zone!
During 8 weekly 90-minute sessions, you will be shown how mindfulness practice gets you unstuck and better able to connect to emotions, thoughts, and moods, allowing you to CHOOSE how to respond to them in your work and personal life.

Catherine DeAngelis brings a refreshing new approach to the wisdom and practice of letting go to the present moment and gives you tools you can take home and build easily into your life. As program coach and facilitator she knows the full benefits of Jon Kabat-Zinn’s Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness Cognitive Behavior Therapy (MCBT) . She applies similar teachings from renowned Thich Nhat Hanh and his mindfulness trainings. The program is based on lived experience, work as life skills educator, mental health advocate, and poet and journalist.
