Join our Fall City Island Retreat on  Mindfulness,  Saturday, October 27, 2012. It is about getting mindful and learning to de-stress anywhere anytime. Mental fitness is just as vital as physical or nutritional fitness. I introduce proven methods you can take home with you and continue seeing results that not only improve emotional and physical health, but increase energy and spiritual connectedness.

Registration Fee – $155

What will be introduced?
Practice of mindful breathing, eating, walking, listening, etc. Gentle yoga practices ready to incorporate into your daily life. Discussions and exercises to identify barriers that keep us from being mindful. Steps to bring mindfulness and emotional awareness into our life, and allow us to better manage our emotions, and personal and interpersonal communications.
