Catherine DeAngelis is the program coach and facilitator. She knows the full benefits of Jon Kabat Zinn’s Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness Cognitive Behavior Therapy approach. She applies similar teachings from renowned Thich Nhat Hanh and his mindfulness trainings.
