When asked about their main sources of day-to-day stress, 16% of Canadian workers indicated “taking care of children’s needs” and 21% said “family problems.”*
And yet, experts agree that the best place to learn how to manage stress is at home. That’s why they teamed up with the Psychology Foundation of Canada to develop a series of brochures about children and stress.
